Privacy policy

Shopervisor is a business operations application operated by THEGKP LLC (theGKP), based in Oregon, United States. It helps authorized operators manage connected stores, products, fulfillment, social content and advertising. This policy covers the Shopervisor website, application and integrations, including our Meta application named Shopervisor.

Individual retail stores have their own customer privacy policies. This policy explains how Shopervisor handles information received through those stores and other authorized connections.

Information we process

• Accounts and connections: operator account and contact details, organization membership, permissions, connected account identifiers and credentials needed to maintain authorized integrations.
• Commerce and business records: product information, images, prices, inventory, orders, payment and refund status, fulfillment information, and business records supplied by an operator. Customer contact and delivery information may be processed when needed for an authorized commerce or fulfillment workflow.
• Meta and other marketing connections: business, Page, Instagram, catalog, ad-account and pixel identifiers; profile names; posts and media; comments, replies and available author names; follower and engagement counts; campaign settings, spend and performance reports. The information available depends on the permissions granted and features used.
• Service activity: requests, IP addresses, browser information, timestamps, operational logs, error reports and records of authorized actions. We also process messages and supporting information you send us.

Information comes from operators, connected service providers, interactions with connected business assets, and use of our website. Connecting an account does not give us unrestricted access to an individual's private Meta account.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate operators, synchronize and manage products, process authorized orders and fulfillment, manage authorized social content and advertising, measure performance, support users, protect the service and maintain records of business activity. Information is used in the context of the connected business and the permissions provided.

When an operator uses an AI-assisted feature or connects an AI client, information supplied to that workflow may be processed by the selected AI provider to generate content, analysis or recommendations. Operators should supply only the information needed for the task. The connected provider's terms and privacy policy also apply.

When information is shared

Authorized operators can access information for their organization. We send information to connected providers as needed to carry out authorized work—for example, product content to Shopify or Meta, fulfillment information to Printful, and approved ad content and campaign settings to advertising platforms. Publishing a post, reply or advertisement makes the submitted content available to its intended audience.

Service providers supporting hosting, security, communications and selected AI features may process information needed to provide those services. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to respond to a valid legal request or protect the service and people's rights. We do not sell Meta Platform Data. Meta and other connected services also process information under their own privacy policies.

Cookies and website security

Shopervisor uses session and security cookies for sign-in and request protection. Our hosting and security providers may process technical connection data to deliver the site and prevent abuse. Some application pages load third-party interface resources or a security challenge. The public privacy and deletion pages do not embed advertising pixels or analytics scripts.

Retention and protection

We retain information while needed for the authorized service and relevant business, security or legal purposes. Retention varies by record type. Meta-derived personal data is deleted when no longer needed for the permitted purpose, when required after access is withdrawn, or following a verified deletion request, unless applicable law requires retention. Any legally retained information is restricted to that purpose. De-identified aggregate information may remain where permitted.

Access controls and protected credential storage help restrict access to authorized users and services. No system can guarantee absolute security. Shopervisor is operated in the United States; connected providers may process information in other countries.

Your choices and requests

You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information by contacting us below. You may also withdraw a connection's permissions through the relevant provider. Disconnecting a service does not by itself erase information already received. Our data-deletion instructions explain how to request removal of Shopervisor-held data, including Facebook and Instagram data, without signing into Shopervisor.

We may request proportionate information to verify your identity or authority before acting. We respond without undue delay and within applicable legal deadlines, explaining any information we must retain. If a request concerns a store's independently held records, we may need to coordinate with that store. Rights depend on applicable law; you may also contact your local data-protection authority.

Shopervisor is intended for business operators, not directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information directly to Shopervisor.
